Rear Door Opening
• Swinging both sides (50% – 50%) with vertical locking gear to each door.
• 2 X additional horizontal locking bar fitted, 1 X under each door with handles extending to the rear corner pillars. This enables the driver to open each door separately whilst standing at the side of the trailer (not in the danger zone behind the trailer)
Chassis
• ‘I’ profile as per your specification (neck depth of 210mm and main chassis depth of 400mm) neck shape to be compatible with a 6x2 tractor unit
• FLANGE 15mm X 130mm.
Bumper
• ‘E’ marked certificated bumper. Rear side of the bumper is designed flat-type. Aspock (ARB-3)
• ‘E’ marked certification sticker is affixed to the bumper, in an easily visible position

Lateral Protection
• E certified side guards compatible with ECE R73 regulation.
• 3x100mm horizontal bars, spaced at a max of 300mm.

Park brake valve
• Emergency stop and ramp valve. Ramp valve will be placed on the left according to driving direction. Located in front of the landing leg no more than 3.5meters from the front of the trailer. (Air pipes will not contain any joiners.)
Electrical System
• According to EU directives 24S 24N with both 2x7 pins 24 volt lighting system connected to 1x15 pins E socket will be included.
• 2 X white marker lights on either side at the front of the chassis with amber facing outwards set at body width, in-line with the front of the body.

Weighing system
• Vishay PME (MODEL 1155) on board weigh cell system with digital ready out unit fitted to the chassis on the right according to driving direction (OPTIONAL)
Painting
• After sandblasting, epoxy primer and acrylic painting will be applied.
