HARDOX-450 SEMI PIPE TIPPER SEMI TRAILER
1- Dumper Body & Chassis Structure : Volume from 18m3 to 32 m3, Dumper Body from HARDOX 450 HBW wear and abrasion resistant plate (Hardox or equivalent) or ST-52 quality steel. Re-enforced “I” section chassis are welded with automated submerged robotic welding machine by using MC700 (Strenx, Domex or equivalent) or ST-52 A1 quality steels.
2- Hydraulic System : 5 Stages or more hydraulic telescopic cyclinder (Hyva, Hidromas or equivalent.) or heavy duty type hydraulic telescopic cyclinder.
3- Axle and Suspension System : 2/3/4 Pieces x 9/12/14/16 tons capacity single/double tire drum/disc type axles with air, mechanical suspension or bogie (tandem) axle system. Optional axle lifting system is available. Automatic air-bellow unloading system. Parabolic Double Deck Z Springs / Multi Leaf Springs / Bogie-tandem type springs options. (SAF - BPW - SERTEL AXLE Options with DRUM/DISC Brakes)
4- Brake System : Brake system approved according to EU directives. ABS/EBS/Standard brake kits and equipments are appliled (Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex).
5- King Pin and Landing Gears : 2"/3.5" removable King Pin with bolts. Mechanical, double speed, each 24 tons capacity landing gears. (JOST BRAND)

جسم القلاب : الطبقة السفلية والجوانب والقسم الامامي والخلفي كلها مصنوعة من حديدالهاردوكس 450 hardox العالي الجودة والمعروف عالميا او ST-52 A1 فجسم القلاب مصنع ليتحمل اقوى ىالصدمات الناتجة عن الحمولة ومجهزبنظام توازن فائق الجودة لتفادي حصول اي خلل اثناء السير او تفريغ الحمولة.
مكونات الشاسيه : مكون من نوع خاص من المعدن المقوى من نوع ST-52 A1 خصيصا لصناعة الشاسيه لما يملكه من قدرة عالية على التحمل والذي يتم تلحيمه بواسطة الروبوت
النظام الهيدروليكي: المنتح محلي 5550/5700 يرتفع بزاوية 45 على خمس او ستة مراحل مجهزة بنظام تحكم وتوازن خزان للزيت الهيدروليكي في مقدمة الشاسيه وصمامين للتحكم
المحاور ونظام الربط: نظام المحاور يمكن ان يكون 2/3/4 محاور وقدرة تحمل 12/14/16/18/20 طن لكل واحدة منها ويكون بعجلات مفرده اومزدوجه ونظام محاور عادي ميكانيكي على شكل طبقات او نظام هيدروليكي هوائي محلي الانتاج او اوربي
يجب أن يرفع المحور الأمامي اوالوسط من المحاور. يتم تطبيق نظام التفريغ التلقائي منفاخ. تأتي وحدة الإنهاء مع نظام خلفي ومثبت متوافق مع الأذن.

HARDOX-450 SEMI PIPE TIPPER SEMI TRAILER
1- Dumper Body & Chassis Structure : Volume from 18m3 to 32 m3, Dumper Body from HARDOX 450 HBW wear and abrasion resistant plate (Hardox or equivalent) or ST-52 quality steel. Re-enforced “I” section chassis are welded with automated submerged robotic welding machine by using MC700 (Strenx, Domex or equivalent) or ST-52 A1 quality steels.
2- Hydraulic System : 5 Stages or more hydraulic telescopic cyclinder (Hyva, Hidromas or equivalent.) or heavy duty type hydraulic telescopic cyclinder.
3- Axle and Suspension System : 2/3/4 Pieces x 9/12/14/16 tons capacity single/double tire drum/disc type axles with air, mechanical suspension or bogie (tandem) axle system. Optional axle lifting system is available. Automatic air-bellow unloading system. Parabolic Double Deck Z Springs / Multi Leaf Springs / Bogie-tandem type springs options. (SAF - BPW - SERTEL AXLE Options with DRUM/DISC Brakes)
4- Brake System : Brake system approved according to EU directives. ABS/EBS/Standard brake kits and equipments are appliled (Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex).
5- King Pin and Landing Gears : 2"/3.5" removable King Pin with bolts. Mechanical, double speed, each 24 tons capacity landing gears. (JOST BRAND)
6- Tire &Rims : 385/65 R22,5 & 315/80 R22,5 size tire & rims or other sizes
7- Electrical System : 24 Volt Electrical System with 7 pcs. pin connectors and lighting system in accordance with EU and TUV directives. (ASPOCK or SA-BA)
8- Painting and Colour : Chassis and body are washed & sanded then 2+1 coat of Acrylic Paint with chosen RAL codes are applied
9- Standard Accessories : Plastic/Metal mud-quards (DOMAR or Equivalent), plastic or stainless steel water tank, plastic or steel store box, spare-wheel carrier, side protectors, plastic wheel chock and holder, fire cabinet without tube, warning plates , Tipper Audio Warning Kit, side & rear mats with OZMEN logo and a ladder in front of the semitrailer.
10- Other Optional Accessories : Rear door opening/closing with Hydraulic System, EU Brand Axle System and Equipments, EU Brand Landing Gears and King Pin,, Aluminium Rims, Smartboard Panel with EBS Brake System, Customer Tailored Tires and Rims, Customer’s Company Logo, On Board Vishay Weighing System, VBG Rear Bumper

KÜVET/YARIM BORU TİPİ DAMPER YARI RÖMORK
1- Üst Yapı ve Şase : 18 m3’ten 32 m3’e kadar hacimli,Damper tüm gövdesi 450 HBW sertlikte aşınmaya dayanıklı ithal çelik saçtan üretilir (Hardox veya muadili). Damper alt kısmında güçlendirilmiş şase sistemi uygulanır. Güçlendirilmiş ve yüksek mukavemetli "I” kesitli şasiler ithal (Strenx, Domex veya muadili) ya da ST-52 A1 kalite yerli göbek sacı kullanılarak otomatik toz altı şase kaynak robotu ile kaynatılır. Şase üzerine damperle temas eden noktalara gürültü, titreşim ve aşınmaya karşı takozlar yerleştirilir.
2- Hidrolik Sistem : 5550/5700 strok 5-6 kademe önden yerli teleskopik silindiri kullanılır. Damper şanzıman pompası akuple tipidir. Yön valfi sınır kontrol sistemlidir ve çift hızlı indirme ventili bulunur. (HİDROMAS ya da HYVA)
3- Dingil ve Süspansiyon Sistemi : 3 Adet x9/12 ton kapasiteli, kampanalı/diskli , hava süspansiyonlu yerli ya da ithal dingil sistemi kullanılır. Kabinden kumandalı olarak ön ve/veya orta dingil kaldırmalıdır. Otomatik körük boşaltma sistemi uygulanır. Finisher’e uyumlu arka tampon ve kulak sistemi opsiyonu mevcuttur. (saf - BPW - SERTEL Diskli ya da Kampanalı)
4- Fren Sistemi : AB standartlarına uygun EBS ithal fren sistemi kullanılır (Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex). Otomatik cırcır ve servis/fren körükleri
5- King Pimi ve Ayaklar : 2"/3.5" çelikten vida bağlantılarıyla sökülüp takılabilir yerli king-pin takımı ve her biri 24 Ton taşıma kapasiteli ,mekanik, çift hızlı, teleskopik yerli taşıma ayakları kullanılır. (JOST ya da OMS)
6- Lastikler ve Jantlar : 385/65 R22,5 lastik ve jantlar
7- Elektrik Sistemi : AB standartlarında TÜV genel yönetmeliğine uygun elektrik ve aydınlatma sistemi uygulanır.
8- Boya ve Renk : Kumlama sonrasıiki kat astardan sonra istenilen renkte boya ile 2 kat boyanır.
9- Standart Aksesuarlar : Plastik/sac çamurluklar, plastik su tankı, plastik ya da sac takım/erzak sandığı, stepne taşıyıcı, yan korkuluklar, ön merdiven, plastik teker takozu ve takoz yeri, Damper yanlarına özel sac çamurluk, yangın söndürme dolabı, uyarı levhaları, Sesli Damper Uyarı Sistemi ve ÖZMEN logolu arka paspaslar standart aksesuarlardır.
